What a wonderful experience I had at this shoot. It rained and rained and rained. No, poured and poured and poured. It was late afternoon and felt like it was night. But do you think the bride turned into a Bridzilla? Au contraire. Brandon and Suzanne were just full of joy, so happy, and the weather didn't phase them. They were a perfect example of remembering what was most important. We did what we could and then came back a couple of days later. They didn't have a reception but instead headed to JCW for burgers and cheese fries. I tagged along to get some "reception" shots. It was a lot of fun.
This is one of my favorites. I love the colors. I was shooting the flowers and rings and Izzy came up behind to check out the rings, then laid down and Brandon wrapped the flowers around her. I love shots that just happen!!!!
This part was so fun. While I was shooting Brandon and Suzanne, Izzy would just jump right into the picture. She hid under that dress and popped out, squeezed inbetween them, ran into the shot and hugged tight. It was perfect, they turned out to be my favorites. It's like she was reminding us all, "hey, I'm part of this family too." She is adorable.
